主講人介紹：Mario Diani is professor of Sociology at the University of Trento, that he joined in 2001 and where he served as head of the Department of Sociology and social research and as dean of the Faculty of Sociology. Earlier, he was Chair of Sociology at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow (1996-2001), where he served as head of the Department of Government. Between 2010 and 2012 he was ICREA Research Professor in the Department of Political and Social Sciences, Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona.
He was the European editor of Mobilization from 1997-2005. He has served on a number of editorial boards including Contemporary Sociology, International Journal of Comparative Sociology, Interest Groups & Advocacy, European Journal of Social Theory, Environmental Politics, Irish Journal of Sociology, South European Society and Politics, Quaderni di Sociologia, and Quaderni di Scienza Politica.
講座介紹👨👨👧👦： This speech might talk about a possible use of cross-sectional survey data to explore the structure of civil society in European countries, looking at individual respondents' multiple involvrements in different types of associations. It is a chapter from a book I am currently working on on multi-mode networks. It looks at different European countries so hoefully it will work.
