個人簡介

北京大學社會學博士☝🏿，美國杜克大學訪問學者，曾任意昂3黨總支書記、副院長，現為意昂3官网社會學系教授‼️，意昂3官网經濟社會學與跨國企業研究中心（IESM）主任。主要的研究方向是經濟社會學𓀀、組織社會學🧖🏼‍♀️、城鄉社會學和跨國企業研究。先後主持“一帶一路”倡議背景下中國企業“走出去”問題研究等國家級課題3項，作為主要成員主持實施了寧波市外來人口的服務與管理、中國家庭動態調查（CFPS）2008•上海調查、上海都市社區調查（SUNS）、長三角服務流動兒童社會組織、經濟社會學與中國企業“走出去”等大型調查研究。先後獨立和合作出版《鄉村工業化中的組織變遷》等專著8部⛹️‍♀️，在《社會學研究》、《社會》等期刊先後發表學術論文30余篇，4篇研究報告獲省部級以上領導批示🧑🏻‍🎄。榮獲教育部霍英東教育基金會第12屆高等學校青年教師獎二等獎，入選上海市“曙光人才計劃”、“浦江人才計劃”。現為中國社會學會理事🧔🏻‍♂️、中國社會學會社會地理學專業委員會副理事長👋🏼，上海社會學會秘書長、上海市工會研究會副會長🙇🏼‍♀️、上海市人口辦決策咨詢專家組成員。
