He is senior research professor at Bielefeld University, adjunct prof. at the school for social policy and praxis of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and proud to be a honorable professor at the Shanghai University, doing a lot of research about disadvantage youth and has been coordinator of three big European Union funded cooperative empirical research projects with colleagues from 13 nations, also international PhD programs. Director of the Bielefeld center for education and capability research. The results of the research are the base for the development of a new programmatic approach for modern professional social work and social services.
講座簡介🍟⛹️♂️：
Modern social work is a growing profession and has to develop a clear self-understanding about its position and functioning in the society. Necessary is therefore a crucial set of knowledge and competence in combination with theoretical findings, analyticalclearance and practical experience. To handle the problems of the needed people in an appropriate manner reflexive and relational understanding is a constitutive element of theprofessionality of modern social work.
