The digital transformation of society benefits some and marginalizes others. In this seminar we will discuss the issue of the digital divide and possible counter approaches in Social Work, with an emphasis on hybrid counseling. Empirical insights from an ongoing cooperative research project are presented. From this we deduce practical implications for the use of digital media insocial counseling services.
